Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Automotive – SW Incident Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the handling of critical software and system incidents from detection to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to SWS, a business-critical workshop tool.
- Coordinate communication across DevOps, development teams, support, R&D, and other stakeholders to maintain high service availability and stability.
- Drive clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders and end-customers throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and lead Lessons Learned activities to prevent recurring issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvements within incident and problem management processes.
- Work proactively to prevent service disruptions through technical improvements, process strengthening, and enhanced operational routines.
- Support a robust, high-performing service delivery that secures uptime and user satisfaction.
What you bring:
- Proven experience as an Incident Manager handling critical incidents in complex software environments.
- Ability and availability to participate in an on-call rotation providing 24/7 support.
- Fluency in both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of electrical and/or embedded systems in vehicles (merit).
- Experience in software development or working closely with development teams (merit).
- Background as a Problem Manager, Assignment Leader, or similar operational role (merit).
