We are now looking for a SW Incident Manager for one of our clients.

Assignment Description

As an Incident Manager for critical incidents, you play a central role in coordinating and resolving major software and system issues that affect client’s tool. This tool is vital for workshop operations. If the tool is unavailable, work cannot continue, directly impacting both the business and our customers.

In addition to handling ongoing incidents, you also have an important responsibility for proactive work: preventing future disruptions, driving technical improvements, strengthening processes, and ensuring robust and high-performing service delivery. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, development teams, support, and R&D to ensure high availability, stability, and strong user experience

DEMAND PROFILE · Speaks and writes in English and Swedish · Incident Manager experience · Available to work on-call with 24/7 support on a scheduled rotation MERITORIOUS · Knowledge about customers electrical system and/or embedded systems in vehicles · Software development · Problem Manager, Assignment Leader or similar experience

Start date: 2026-01-05

Remote: No, Customer expects that you will be onsite minimum 3 days/ week

Assignment period: 1 year

Location: Södertälje
