Associate Field Automation Specialist- Göteborg

In this challenging and important role, you perform instrument installation, implementation of application, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and other service support activities as required. You ensure high customer satisfaction in order to achieve high customer retention and new business from referrals.

Requirements 

For this role, we are looking for candidates with a scientific background, preferably with hands on experience from laboratory techniques. Knowledge of automated workflows is advantageous, as well as in-depth understanding of diagnostics and/or genomics.

You are customer focused, and are an exceptionally good listener with ability to quickly understand and prioritize customer requirements. Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills are required. 

Who are you?

• B.Sc. in a biological or relevant technical subject. Ph.D. in a biological subject a nice to have
• Programming knowledge (e.g. VB.NET, VB Script, C#) a plus
• Fluent English and advanced Swedish language skills are a must
• You have a driving license and the ability to travel
• Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic, have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working independently as well as part of a team
