Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Operate, develop and maintain the database platform (MS SQL in Azure) to ensure stability, availability and security
• Automate database management activities in collaboration with DevOps engineers
• Support internal development and operations teams with database-related issues and contribute to solution design
• Implement and drive database-related changes across environments, ensuring quality and consistency
• Participate in handling requirements and orders from external suppliers
• Monitor database environments, optimize performance and ensure cost-efficient operation
• Contribute to secure and well-governed environments in line with organizational policies and DevOps practices

What you bring:

• Experience working with Azure environments
• Solid knowledge of MS SQL administration and optimization
• Experience with containers via ARO (Azure Red Hat OpenShift)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
• Competence in infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
