Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support system design projects and tenders within HVDC, managing scope, budget and schedule while ensuring all quality requirements are fulfilled
• Apply proactive project management and strong analytical skills to drive progress and resolve challenges
• Coordinate and represent the System Design team in cross-functional meetings across the HVDC organization
• Participate in technical design reviews and contribute to technical problem-solving activities
• Lead the technical coordination of System Design deliveries, managing risks and identifying opportunities to optimize time, cost and quality
• Facilitate efficient communication and alignment between engineering teams, stakeholders and project functions

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• Experience in project management within engineering environments, preferably with system delivery projects or tenders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and multicultural teams
• Structured, flexible and solution-oriented approach to leadership and problem solving
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Knowledge of HVDC system design or HVDC project management is considered an asset
