Role Summary

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about keeping processes smooth and compliant? As our Warehouse & Tax Sticker Coordinator, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of tax stickers, both physical and digital, ensuring every step, from reconciliation to destruction, is accurate, timely, and aligned with regulations.

You will work as a team with the Clerk role (warehouse worker), supporting each other and having the ability to substitute for one another during absences to maintain continuity. Operating in a dynamic factory environment, you’ll also collaborate with the wider factory network, strengthening processes and partnerships across markets.

Your role combines hands-on operational tasks with compliance responsibilities, while driving cost-saving ideas and fostering strong relationships with colleagues and authorities.

Main Accountabilities

• Coordinate the Tax Stickers from the market, return and reconciliation process, preparing documentation and championing positive relationships with markets and local authorities and ensuring all records are correct complete.
• Organize and lead the Tax Stickers process including the destruction process for damaged or non-conforming tax stickers, collaborating closely with manufacturing, warehouse, quality departments and subcontractors.
• Initiate and drive cost-saving ideas and help reduce tax sticker losses.
• Build and maintain open, proactive communication with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant operations.
• Lead all aspects of tax sticker inventory, ensuring timely and precise records in line with policies and legislation.
• Support the team in using Warehousing & Logistics systems effectively.
• Provide guidance when needed and encourage problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with internal and legal standards for safety and sustainability.

Who You Are

• Fluent in Swedish and English (both are required).
• Hold a Technical School or University degree in Logistics, Commerce, IT, or Engineering.
• Bring at least 2 years’ experience in warehousing and inventory management.
• Confident in your understanding of fiscal and legal regulations related to tax stickers.
• Skilled in data-driven stock management and logistics service management.
• Comfortable using MS Office, SAP, and other logistics systems.
