Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Incident Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Lead the end-to-end management of critical incidents, from detection and triage to resolution and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including DevOps, development, engineering and support to restore service quickly and effectively
- Prioritise, escalate and communicate incident status clearly to internal stakeholders and end customers
- Drive structured root cause analysis and ensure follow-up actions are implemented
- Facilitate post-incident reviews and promote a learning culture across teams
- Improve incident, problem and escalation processes to enhance system stability and service reliability
- Contribute to proactive risk mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives in a highly complex, business-critical environment
- Support a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure rapid response to major incidents
What you bring:
- Proven experience as an Incident Manager in a complex software or system environment
- Strong coordination, decision-making and communication skills under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a 24/7 on-call rotation
- Fluency in English and Swedish
- Experience in software development is an advantage
- Knowledge of electrical and/or embedded systems in vehicles is meriting
- Background as a Problem Manager, Assignment Leader or similar is beneficial
