Professional Galaxy is looking for a Incident Manager on behalf of our client.

As an Incident Manager for critical incidents, you play a central role in coordinating and resolving major software and system issues that affect Scania’s tool SWS (Scania Workshop Suite). This tool is vital for workshop operations. If SWS is unavailable, work cannot continue, directly impacting both the business and our customers. In addition to handling ongoing incidents, you also have an important responsibility for proactive work: preventing future disruptions, driving technical improvements, strengthening processes, and ensuring a robust and high-performing service delivery. You will collaborate closely with DevOps, development teams, support, and R&D to ensure high availability, stability, and a strong user experience.

Main responsibilities :  - Lead incident handling from detection to resolution and communication. - Analyze, prioritize, and escalate incidents as needed. - Communicate clearly with all involved stakeholders. - Communicate with end customer. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Lessons Learned sessions. - Contribute to process development and continuous improvement in incident and problem management. Requirements - Incident Manager experience - Available to work on-call with 24/7 support on a scheduled rotation Language: English and Swedish mandatory

Meriting - Knowledge about Scania’s electrical system and/or embedded systems in vehicles. - Software development - Problem Manager, Assignment Leader or similar experience.

Full-time. Hybrid, at least 3 days/week on-site. The selection of candidates is done continuously. Good opportunities for an extension of the assignment.

A background check will be carried out before any assignment starts.
