What will you do?  You will drive your career and personal development by engaging in a variety of assignments within the Karlskrona R&D Center’s strategic competence areas—Cloud Native, Fintech, AI Native, DevOps, Security, and Autonomous Network. These opportunities will allow you to strengthen your technological leadership skills and continuously enhance your capabilities as a future leader. For example, you may take on roles such as Project Manager for software development or improvement initiatives. The exact scope of your assignments will be determined collaboratively between you and us, ensuring flexibility to align with your strengths and our evolving organizational needs.  To be successful in the role we believe you need: Technical Expertise & Business Acumen * Relevant academic background, such as MSc in Industrial Economics and Management, or equivalent. * Technical leadership capabilities, with business and data analytics experience * AI-first mindset to leverage artificial intelligence in daily work for innovative outcomes. * Experience with Agile methodologies, risk management, and assessing technical complexity. Previous experience at Ericsson is a plus. Mindset & Personal Qualities * Demonstrated positive, creative, and proactive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and grow alongside your team. * Proactive problem-solver committed to continuous improvement and driving results. * Strong sense of accountability, reliability, transparency, and honesty.
