As a Product Designer in the Merchant Operations Team, you’ll help design systems that serve both internal operations users and external merchants, bringing clarity and ease to complex flows.

What you’ll be doing:

• Turn ambiguity into clarity: apply strong product thinking to translate business needs and operational complexity into clean, understandable design problems.

• Bring ideas to life beautifully: design intuitive interfaces and interactions (dashboards, onboarding flows, admin-panels, etc.) that remain usable and delightful even under complexity.

• Prototype to inspire: use prototypes, storytelling, and systems thinking to align stakeholders, build momentum, and ensure your designs both ship and resonate.

• Own the full design stack: from early strategy and exploration through refined visuals and handoff — lead high-impact initiatives from start to finish.

Who you are:

• You have 2+ years of experience designing B2B, SaaS, or operations-heavy products with complex workflows and multiple user types.

• You’re a T-shaped designer: strong in concepting, visual design, prototyping — and able to deliver high-quality outcomes in a cross-functional team.

• You think in systems, not just screens — comfortable designing across diverse journeys and touchpoints.

• You’re a creative problem-solver, energized by ambiguity and complex design challenges.
