Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior System Admin to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Support and develop the financial system to enable efficient, accurate, and quality-assured accounting processes.
• Handle daily system administration, including user support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of financial applications.
• Manage permissions, roles, and security settings to ensure proper access control and compliance.
• Provide support during financial closing, reporting, forecasting, and follow-up activities.
• Analyze business needs and translate them into system improvements, configuration changes, and process enhancements.
• Participate in digitalization and development initiatives to strengthen the financial system landscape and streamline workflows.

What you bring:

• University or college degree in economics or systems science, or equivalent competence gained through extensive experience in systems management and accounting (mandatory).
• Experience working with business systems within finance and accounting (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with system administration in Unit4 ERP (mandatory).
• Several years of experience in accounting and financial processes (mandatory).
• Proven ability to translate business needs into system requirements or practical system solutions (mandatory)
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
