At Eiffage Génie Civil, we design and build the structures of tomorrow, helping to build a less carbon-intensive world: high-speed rail lines, metros, responsible multimodal networks, clean energy production and water treatment facilities.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and control project costs, variations, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle

• Prepare and evaluate tenders and support the procurement process of contractors and suppliers

• Measure and value completed works for progress payments and interim valuations

• Support contractual administration in cooperation with project managers and engineers

• Perform cost risk analysis and provide recommendations for cost-effective solutions

• Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements for management and clients

• Ensure compliance with project budgets, contracts, and relevant construction regulations

• Maintain structured financial and cost documentation for audit and reporting purposes

• Participate in project meetings and provide professional cost and contract advice

• Support final accounts and project close-out activities


Qualification Requirements:

• Relevant experience in cost control and quantity surveying within the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management principles

• Experience in preparing cost reports

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Good communication skills in English;
