DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards and Swedish construction regulations
Prepare, review, and update company quality plans, procedures, and inspection protocols for all sites
Monitor construction site quality managers to ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and contract requirements
Conduct regular quality inspections and internal audits at construction sites
Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with the quality site manager teams
Work closely with site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality objectives are achieved
Provide training to site personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices
Participate in project planning meetings and provide quality-related recommendations
Liaise with external auditors, clients, and regulatory authorities regarding quality matters
Support quality site managers and quality advisors in their day to day activities
