DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems

• Review project documentation, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and met

• Assist with the preparation and follow-up of quality plans, procedures, and inspection protocols

• Conduct quality checks, site visits, and internal audits to verify compliance with approved standards

• Identify quality risks and non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions

• Support project managers and site supervisors in resolving quality-related issues

• Assist in the investigation of defects, root causes, and improvement actions

• Ensure that quality records, reports, and documentation are maintained in an organised and traceable manner

• Participate in project meetings and provide advisory input on quality and compliance matters

• Support training and awareness activities related to quality standards and best practices

Qualification Requirements:

University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance/control within the construction industry

• Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control methods

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
