We are looking for a visionary leader to create superior digital experiences for all our enterprise customers across the Nordics, Poland, and Spain.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of digital solutions that empower our B2B customers. Your work will directly influence how businesses interact with our services, helping them achieve their goals through technology. You will step into a position of high impact, balancing the fast-paced agility of digital development with the stability of a major energy player.
Our mission is simple: make our customers’ increasingly digital lives easier and more rewarding. We offer a hybrid working model based at our Stockholm HQ, where you will navigate a complex stakeholder landscape and drive sustainability through innovation.
You will lead a team of professionals (4 direct reports, 20 in total), fostering creativity and collaboration while managing BA Enterprise IT and associated costs.
