Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support the project manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking activities within a major system and process transformation program in People & Culture.
- Collect, consolidate, and communicate status updates from stakeholders across multiple sub-streams.
- Follow up on delegated tasks, dependencies, and deadlines to ensure progress and alignment.
- Facilitate communication with IT teams regarding system-related questions and deliverables.
- Contribute to process harmonization and system decoupling activities.
- Enable engagement, trust, and clarity through a human-centered and data-driven approach.
- Maintain and update project plans, risk logs, and documentation as needed.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
- Support change readiness activities and help strengthen organizational preparedness for the transition.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for strategic and tactical decisions.
- Foster a collaborative project culture and promote effective teamwork across functions.

- Solid understanding of HR systems and HRIT/HR digitalization.
- Experience coordinating change initiatives or transformation projects, preferably within HRIT.
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Leadership experience and the ability to build and facilitate effective teams.
- Fluency in Swedish and English
