About the position

As a Junior Project Controller, you’ll be part of our Business Control team, supporting operational and strategic investments at the Oxelösund mill. You’ll work closely with project managers and investment stakeholders teams to ensure financial insights drive efficiency and growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to develop expertise in project finance and contribute to initiatives that shape the future.

Main responsibilities

• Support capex reporting and follow-up for ongoing and future investments.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports together with finance and project managers.
• Participate in monthly closing activities and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial guidance to project managers and ensure compliance with capex governance.
• Act as a superuser for project financial tools and help improve processes.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Hypergene) and SAP is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to simplify complex data.
• Fluent in Swedish and conversational level of English.
