As our new Last Mile Coordinator you’ll help make life easier, smarter, and more fun for our customers. Since launching Sweden’s first online grocery store in 2006, we’ve been on a mission to make shopping effortless. Now, together with Oda in Norway, we’re aiming to become the world’s most efficient retailer. And we need someone like you to help us get there.

You’ll join our Operations team, where every day is a mix of challenges, fun, and meaningful impact. Your main tasks will include:

• Coordinating the on-road operations with a focus on dispatch, delivery fix-ups, returns and contact between drivers and customer service.

• Reporting on operational KPIs to daily and weekly status meeting.

• Planning and assigning routes for morning, evening, and same-day deliveries including calculating distribution capacity and setting sales caps.

• Close cooperation partner with management in Delivery, Driver Academy, Capacity & Network and especially customer service.

• Stepping in for drivers if there is no available sick leave cover.

You’re a social and curious doer who loves responsibility, problem-solving, and making things happen. You thrive when the pace is high, the ideas flow fast, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where ideas flow and people are passionate about their work. You care about customers, diversity, and sustainability – but you also know how to laugh along the way. Specifically for this role you also:

• Have a good operational understanding of on-road operations in all regions.

• Apply a structured approach to problem solving and usage of data to understand and analyze problems.

• Can deliver on defined KPIs like on-time dispatch, on-time delivery, deliveries canceled.

• Have an innovative mindset to drive improvement measures.

• Have a good knowledge in how the Google suit works especially Google Sheets.

• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English.

• Be willing to work evenings and weekends if needed. 

• You are a strong relationship builder as comfortable talking to an Operator or Driver as discussing a problem with a Manager or Software developer.

• You follow detail-oriented and structured ways of working with right prioritization.

• You are self-driven, proactive and take end-to-end ownership of projects and problems to solve.

• You act as a team player who enjoys helping other succeed and creating a good working environment.
