About the Role As a Marketing Specialist, you will strengthen brand and product recognition through strategic, data-driven marketing campaigns and projects across social media, channel marketing, and other communication platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring marketing strategies to life, ensuring all content reflects the company’s voice, values, and global standards. This role also supports DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives by fostering an inclusive team culture, creating psychological safety, and ensuring diverse perspectives are represented in decision-making. You will provide thought leadership, analyze data to uncover new opportunities, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality content, manage vendor and agency relationships, and track campaign ROI. Additionally, you will drive innovative marketing communications strategies, implement social media and creative campaigns, and support internal and external promotional plans.
