Now, we’re looking for a skilled and hands-on Electrical Engineer, with strong experience in high-voltage power distribution to join our growing team as soon as possible! About the Role As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our high- and low-voltage power distribution systems. From factory construction and commissioning to daily operations, you’ll work closely with project, maintenance, and operations teams to keep our electrical systems running at their best. Your Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support and on-site supervision for high-voltage power distribution during the factory construction phase, including commissioning, acceptance sign-off, and documentation - Establish and maintain management and inspection systems for high- and low-voltage equipment and facilities during operation, including creating forms and technical records - Offer electrical technical support for all operating equipment and directly participate in troubleshooting and resolving electrical failures - Organize and lead electrical personnel in preparing and reviewing electrical technical design requirements for new projects What We’re Looking For - Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field - Solid experience with high- and low-voltage power distribution systems in industrial environments - Strong understanding of electrical safety standards, risk assessment, and preventive maintenance - Ability to develop, maintain, and improve procedures and documentation - A collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus Location: Eskilstuna, Sweden Start date: As soon as possible If you’re passionate about electrical safety, reliability, innovation, and sustainability — and want to be part of a team driving the future of energy — we’d love to hear from you!
