Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Support a major system and process transformation within People & Culture across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate activities and ensure alignment by supporting the overall project manager
- Plan and organize project tasks, track delegated actions, monitor deadlines, and consolidate status updates
- Facilitate communication with IT regarding system-related questions and dependencies
- Support process harmonization, system decoupling activities, and preparation for upcoming changes
- Foster a positive, collaborative, people-centred, and data-driven project environment
- Update project plans, maintain risk registers, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and capture project progress
- Provide administrative support to enable strategic and operational decision-making
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Organization, HR, or Change Management
- Strong understanding of HR systems
- Leadership experience and the ability to drive work forward
- Experience coordinating change projects within HRIT or HR digitalization
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience building and facilitating teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Structured, proactive, and able to manage complexity through consistent follow-up
- Collaborative, trust-building approach with clear and audience-adapted communication
- Self-driven, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify obstacles early and propose practical actions
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-moving environments, with an inclusive and facilitative way of working
