We are looking for a skilled and proactive Software Configuration and Release Manager to join our core software platforms, a centre of excellence teams, developing the next generation products solutions with cutting edge technology within the automotive domain.
This position plays a key role in managing the end-to-end software integration, configuration, and release process for our core systems central physical ECU, which integrates three logical ECU stacks: Linux and Adaptive AUTOSAR deployed onto service-oriented SoC, and the Classic AUTOSAR onto signal-oriented SoC.
Beneath service-oriented platforms, a QNX Host OS is deployed on top of hypervised HW resources. At the base, we run our boot software and HW near software components and configurations.
As part of our software delivery organization, you will work closely with domain architects, system engineers, software developers, and test teams to ensure stable, documented, traceable, and repeatable software builds and releases across different variants and platforms.

You are a structured, detail-oriented engineer who thrives in complex embedded software environments. You understand the importance of consistency, traceability, and automation in the software development lifecycle, and you are driven by building reliable release pipelines and configuration baselines. You enjoy working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and you take ownership of processes that ensure quality and compliance in every software release.
You’re aware of multi-layered software stacks and understand the nuances of integrating software components across Boot Software, Hypervisor, Software Download and Deployment orchestration, Linux, Adaptive AUTOSAR, Classic AUTOSAR platforms in safety-critical systems.
You are an Experienced Software Leader with a passion for automotive software development and baseline management and a deep understanding of dependencies between people and diligence, when it comes to time tracking and revision management. Your expertise lies in software configuration and CI/CD development, and you have a track record of successfully designing and implementing software solutions for automotive ECUs.
You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can improve development teams, by monitoring and drive regression testing, and govern bug fixes, and create and maintain the department release baseline. You will be a person that takes pride in proper release documentation and being an interface for information sharing of what content different software releases support.
Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to make critical decisions and drive collaboration with other trains, to align time plans, and branch outs. software platform development processes.
