Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Portfolio Planner to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Proactively identify gaps and underperforming processes, analyze bottlenecks, and drive improvements from initial assessment to solution design and implementation readiness
- Maintain and update an integrated portfolio roadmap aligned with business priorities and cross-organizational dependencies
- Ensure transparency of portfolio data through clear visualizations, including portfolio, program, project, workload, KPI, decision and financial views
- Benchmark against external organizations to identify improvement opportunities
- Support governance forums with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy across portfolio dashboards, KPIs and status reports to enable informed strategic and operational decisions
- Collect, organize and prepare data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring consistency and readiness for analysis
- Optimize data management processes to support consumption by various stakeholders
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards for portfolio reporting and performance tracking
- Build automation workflows using Power Automate and VBA to streamline manual processes
- Integrate new tools and solutions into existing infrastructures with minimal disruption
- Optimize data flows across SAP, PlanView and other portfolio systems
- Prepare and structure data for decision-making and reporting purposes
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and tools and ensure seamless integration within the existing ecosystem
What you bring:
- Knowledge of organizational processes, procedures, systems and tools (Waterfall, Agile, PlanView, SAP, Early Management, etc.)
- Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting processes
- Deep understanding of computer science, IT infrastructure and systems
- Advanced Power Automate skills
- Strong understanding of SAP transactions and data flows
- Advanced Power BI development skills
- Ability to create VBA scripts to optimize Excel usage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in portfolio planning, project management or strategic planning
- Strong drive and problem-solving orientation with the ability to identify gaps, propose solutions and lead implementation proactively
- High attention to detail with a focus on robust, stakeholder-aligned solutions
- Awareness of change management principles
- Ability to influence without authority and foster cross-functional alignment
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural and high-pace environment
