We are now looking for a Supply Planner who wants to combine business acumen with good planning skills and contribute to Allgon's continued growth. You will be part of our global Operations organization, which is located at several different sites where, in addition to purchasing, product quality, logistics and production are included. This will be a temporary assignment based at our site in Björbo and you will report to the Purchasing Manager.

About the role

In the role of Supply Planner, you are responsible for ensuring the supply of materials for selected categories and suppliers. You work operationally with the entire purchasing flow – from planning and ordering to following up on deliveries – and are an important link between suppliers, warehouses, production and sales. The work also involves analyzing forecasts and inventory data to optimize inventory levels and contribute to improved processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and create purchase orders for materials and finished products
• Follow up on material availability, deliveries and supplier performance
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels and drive inventory optimization activities
• Plan and create manufacturing orders for production
• Analyze sales forecasts together with the sales organization as a basis for requirements planning
• Review and approve invoices
• Drive improvement initiatives and develop working methods in processes and systems

The temporary assignment is from January 2026 to February 2027.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a structured and analytical person with strong drive and good collaboration skills. You thrive in a role where you get to combine planning and analysis with daily contact both internally and with suppliers. As a person, you are communicative, solution-oriented and have the ability to prioritize and make decisions even at a high pace.

Key qualifications:

• University education in technology, economics or similar, or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 3 years of experience in operational purchasing and/or material planning in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in the global supplier market for electronic and mechanical components
• Experience in developing processes and working methods in purchasing and planning
• Background from an international environment or cross-functional projects
• Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365, as well as Excel and BI tools such as PowerBI
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Category B driving license
