Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Generative AI Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Apply Generative AI solutions to automate and accelerate the migration of legacy COBOL applications to C# and • NET.
• Use AI-driven tooling to translate and transform existing COBOL code stored in GitLab into high-quality, production-ready C#.
• Collaborate with modernization teams to streamline the migration workflow and reduce manual development effort.
• Evaluate, refine, and validate AI-generated code to ensure accuracy, maintainability, and alignment with architectural and functional requirements.
• Work with cloud services (AWS and Azure) to support migration pipelines, automation frameworks, and deployment processes.
• Analyze and interpret the existing legacy code base to ensure the completeness and correctness of the transformed output.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of code-generation techniques, prompt strategies, and automation patterns used across the migration initiative.

What you bring:

• Strong knowledge of COBOL and hands-on experience with C# and • NET, enabling effective validation and quality assurance of migrated code.
• Practical experience using AI tools for code migration, transformation, or development process automation.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms—primarily AWS and Azure—and their relevance in large-scale modernization projects.
• Ability to analyze complex legacy systems, understand end-to-end code structures, and ensure high-quality output from AI-driven migration processes
