The RoleAs Senior Scientist, Resin Chemistry, you will play a central role in establishing and leading the resin chemistry function at the new Uppsala site. This position combines strategic responsibility with hands-on laboratory work, with focus on research and development of agarose-based chromatography resins.
Your responsibilities will include developing methods for emulsification processes, surface activation and click-chemistry ligand coupling, as well as scaling up from lab to production. You will work primarily with agarose and cellulose matrices, applying principles of material design and material science to create high-performance chromatography media.

Your ProfileYour have a solid background in chemistry or material science, with experience from development and production environments. You have worked with chromatography resins or related materials and are familiar with techniques such as emulsification, surface modification and modern coupling methods. While you bring relevant technical knowledge, what truly distinguishes you is your ability to combine this expertise with a practical, solution-oriented approach.
