The Role – Blending Strategy and Execution
As Sales Director, you will manage, coach, and scale a geographically dispersed sales team, while also taking an active operational role in driving strategic deals and setting best practices. You will be the crucial link between strategy and daily execution.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven sales leader with a strong grasp of SaaS sales models and a proven ability to build scalable, repeatable processes. You excel at pipeline and forecast management, use CRM insights to drive performance, and collaborate seamlessly with marketing, product, and customer success. You’re a hands-on coach who develops reps, fosters a motivating and accountable team culture, and understands how to position a technical SaaS product in a competitive market.
