The Operations Team Our internal IT is a part of our Operations team who are here to enable the business to run smoothly and reach our goals. With our central position in the company, Operations provides broad knowledge and serves as a cross-functional bridge for the organisation. We want to simplify things and stay true by being professional and great ambassadors of Detectify. What you'll get to do As an IT Manager, you empower the whole organisation by ensuring their daily work is performed with the right technical equipment, tools and processes. You will continuously interact with all colleagues around the organisation, having a mindset that makes internal IT seamless, secure, and effective. Also you will drive IT-related objectives that enable the organisation to meet our strategic goals. Reporting to the CFO you’ll be part of our Operations team consisting of Finance, IT and Legal. You will work both independently and in collaboration with your team members and key stakeholders driving: - Onboarding and off-boarding of colleagues, including driving and improving these processes from an IT point of view - System access management - Evaluating IT tools and third party vendors and help implementing and configure them - Negotiate with software and hardware suppliers as well as drive these processes and policies - Be a key contributor in our work around ISO 27001 certificate - Drive IT security within our ISO work including maintaining the IT aspects of our ISMS - Review and act upon security incidents - Ensuring physical office equipment is meeting organization's needs and security standards - Day to day IT support Skills & Requirements Who you are You're a person that has a collaborative and proactive mindset combined with technical skills.We think you have: - Hands on experience of driving and improving IT processes, IT support, access management and asset inventory (physical and information assets) - Experience of OS provisioning and Network knowledge - IT Security knowledge and hands on experience of SSO - ISO 27001 experience - Experience of Jira and Google workspace - As a person you: - Are self-going and have a good eye for spotting improvements - Appreciate a fast moving environment - Have a solid service mindset - Thrive working in an international environment - Proficient English skills both written and verbal So, what do you think? We offer hybrid working and would like to see you working from our office in central Stockholm several days per week. We currently do not offer relocation for this position.
