Your New Role
We are looking for a Digital Channels Manager to develop and optimize our client’s digital ecosystem—from the customer portal to other digital touchpoints—ensuring a seamless, engaging, and revenue-generating experience for their customers.
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with business development, product teams, UX experts, and commercial teams. You will drive customer adoption, create measurable value, and directly contribute to revenue growth within digital services.
