Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Java/Kotlin Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Build and maintain a scalable microservice landscape using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot.
• Design and develop cloud-ready microservices, APIs, and system integrations for a modern digital ecosystem.
• Optimize integrations, data flows, and service performance across distributed systems.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines with secure, automated, and reliable delivery practices.
• Apply DevSecOps principles including security controls, monitoring, observability, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with domain experts and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure clear, maintainable technical documentation.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities while delivering high-quality solutions.

What you bring:

• Experience with Java or Kotlin and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of microservice architectures, distributed systems, event-driven patterns, and API design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization using Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Ability to evaluate and implement logging, monitoring, and observability tooling.
• Experience working with or integrating low-code platforms is a plus.
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a collaborative and proactive mindset, contributing beyond core responsibilities when needed
