Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior • Net Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Develop and maintain internal systems such as archive and search tools, transcription services, and applications that support employees across the organization.
• Work in an agile, cross-functional team to deliver modern, user-focused digital solutions.
• Take technical initiative and contribute to architectural decisions together with the team.
• Ensure structure, scalability, and long-term maintainability in the codebase and development workflows.
• Collaborate closely with UX, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate needs into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to the evolution and implementation of the organization’s design systems.
• Drive continuous improvements within development practices, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines.

What you bring:

• At least five years of experience as a senior full-stack developer with strong frontend competence in frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.
• Minimum two years of experience working with Vue.
• Minimum three years of experience working with • NET.
• Proven ability to take technical initiative and participate in architectural decision-making.
• At least five years of experience working in modern, agile, cross-functional product teams.
• At least two years of experience working with and further developing design systems.
• At least three years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, for example using GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
