Are you passionate about supply chain excellence and supplier collaboration? Ascom is seeking a Sourcing Production Program Manager to join our team in Gothenburg. In this role, you will ensure consistent quality, capacity, and flexibility in manufacturing and repair processes at our EMS/ODM suppliers, while driving continuous improvement across our supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure a stable and continuously improving supply chain to meet EMS/ODM objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with EMS/ODM suppliers; define and validate manufacturing processes.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes, products, and interfaces.
• Oversee EMS development, manufacturing, and repair activities.
• Manage daily business with EMS/ODM suppliers, focusing on quality, yield, and efficiency.
• Implement and follow up on engineering change orders.
• Participate in product maintenance work and regularly visit suppliers.
• Collaborate with other functions at Ascom.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Purchasing and Logistics, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, PMP, IPMA B, Scrum) is a plus.
• 6–10 years’ experience in Sourcing or Procurement.
• Proven track record in Project and Program Management (6–10 years).
• Experience in IT, telecommunications, or healthcare sectors (3–5 years).
• Strong background in building and developing supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, vendor management software, and ERP/manufacturing systems.
• Advanced project management and lean production skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
