Every year, 6 billion SEK of personal accident insurance compensation goes unclaimed in Sweden.
Why?
Because navigating the claims process is confusing, time-consuming and overwhelming.
At Insurello, we believe the insurance claims process should work for people

- Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools and applying AI to improve workflows or user-facing processes.
- Knowledge of system design, ideally with domain-driven thinking.

On a personal level, a great fit for the role is:
- Curious, collaborative, and focused on simplicity, clarity and pragmatic decisions.
- Someone who enjoys owning both the problem and the solution
- from understanding the domain to building, deploying and learning from what one ships.
- A product-minded engineer who codes with purpose: you understand the customer problem as well as the business possibilities and limitations.
- A challenger who speaks up, shares opinions, and encourages experimentation and innovation.
