About the Role

Altris, a fast-growing company in the energy storage sector, is now looking for an experienced Business Controller to join them in a permanent position. As Altris enters a phase of industrial expansion, the need for robust financial processes and actionable insights is greater than ever. In this role, you will support strategic and operational decision-making while helping shape the financial foundation of a truly purpose-driven business.

Your Future Responsibilities

As a Business Controller at Altris, you will work cross-functionally with teams such as R&D, operations, strategy, and commercial. You’ll play a central role in building financial clarity and supporting key decisions.

Examples of tasks include:

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monitor cost developments
• Identify deviations and propose corrective actions
• Deliver financial reports to management and external stakeholders
• Conduct cash flow and scenario analyses
• Support investment assessments and business cases
• Contribute to ERP system and reporting structure development
• Handle closing processes and audit preparation
• Collaborate with external accounting partners

Who We Are Looking For Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in business controlling, finance, or accounting
• Experience with project controlling and cost monitoring
• Relevant university degree in finance, accounting, or similar field

Meritorious:

• Background from manufacturing or technology development companies
• Experience from Big-4 or working in fast-growing environments

You are analytical, structured, and thrive in dynamic environments. You enjoy bringing clarity to complexity and take ownership of your responsibilities. You also communicate clearly and collaborate well with technical teams.
