Job Description

What we're looking for:

We believe great software engineering comes from a mix of technical skill, curiosity, and collaboration. While we don't expect you to check every box, here are some of the qualifications that will help you thrive in this role:

• Experience across the full stack — from building intuitive front-end interfaces to developing robust backend services.
• Proficiency in a mix of modern technologies, such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, C#, Python, and • NET.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Azure, and an understanding of cloud-native development.
• Hands-on experience with databases like MongoDB, Oracle SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g. Docker), and software development best practices.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across disciplines in a diverse team environment.
• Previous experience at IKEA is a plus, but not required — we value fresh perspectives just as much as familiarity.
