Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Warranty Specialist to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Assess and validate warranty claims submitted by workshops prior to approval
- Identify and prepare topics for chargebacks to suppliers, plants and Quality teams
- Review and evaluate workshop invoices related to warranty cases
- Provide expert support on warranty decisions and manage warranty-related inquiries across communication channels
- Coordinate the return of spare parts from workshops to Quality teams
- Drive cost control by reducing warranty expenses through accurate claim evaluation and decision-making
- Secure financial recovery by ensuring full reimbursement from plants for approved warranty claims
- Strengthen service efficiency by delivering timely and reliable support to workshops and end customers
