About the role

As a Planning Specialist, you will take ownership of our end-to-end production planning processes and ensure that forecasts are translated into daily, weekly and yearly plans that secure on-time delivery. You will work closely with production and cross-functional teams to optimise planning standards, support cost-reduction initiatives and improve information and material flow. This is a hands-on role that supports efficient daily operations and continuous improvement across planning activities.

You will…

• Own & lead E2E production planning processes.
• Continuously recommend viable solutions to reduce production costs as well as improve production processes and product quality.
• Transform forecasts into daily, weekly and yearly plans that are flexible and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop general planning & reporting standards.
• Act as a sparring partner in improvement projects in all related topics around planning.
• Ensure budget adherence by continuously improving our production plans and reducing costs.
• Actively participate in production management meetings, daily meetings and follow ups.
• Develop both the information and material flow to best deliver products to meet the company’s goals.
• Cross functional collaboration with the central planning function for conventional cluster planning improvements and new process introductions.
• Act as standby for labor and capacity planning processes.

You have…

• 1–4 years of experience in supply chain, production, food manufacturing, operations or similar.
• A degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related fields; Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• A strong continuous improvement mindset — you simply can’t help it.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; expertise with Excel/GSheets, WMS/ERP systems and reporting tools.
• Analytical and data-driven, using insights to make decisions and improve planning accuracy.
• Proactive, ambitious and assertive — you take ownership of your work and deliver results.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with constant change.
• Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions on the go.
• Strong communication skills with both shop-floor teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
