Your role We are seeking a skilled engineer to contribute to early-stage concept and prototype development for future autonomous systems. The work focuses on integrating AI in simulation-driven environments to explore, evaluate, and validate new capabilities. You will be part of a small, fast-moving team where curiosity, creativity, and technical depth are highly valued. In this role, you will help shape ideas from initial sketches into functional prototypes that demonstrate real potential. This includes designing and implementing novel interactions between AI models, simulation platforms, and system components. You will collaborate closely with researchers, designers, and domain experts to identify opportunities where modern AI - particularly generative and agentic approaches - can unlock new forms of autonomy, adaptability, and performance. A strong interest in artificial intelligence and its application to software and system design is essential. You enjoy experimenting, learning rapidly, and working hands-on with emerging technologies. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions and future product directions. Your profile Qualifications: * Strong software engineering and rapid prototyping skills * Proficiency in Python, C#, or C++ * Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and model architectures Meriting: * Experience designing and integrating APIs * Experience with building and/or using agentic AI workflows * Experience with simulation or game engines (Unity, Unreal, etc.) This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection.
