Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Service Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on
- Provide L2/L3 support for the Inriver PIM platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and timely incident resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis, problem management, and coordinate escalations with the Inriver vendor and internal development teams.
- Monitor and manage data synchronization across Inriver, Azure, and downstream systems.
- Troubleshoot data pipelines, APIs, integrations, and connectors within the PIM ecosystem.
- Conduct routine system health checks, data validations, and batch job monitoring.
- Work with Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, and related Azure services for data ingestion, transformation, and operational tasks.
- Develop or maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline recurring activities.
- Support change management and release processes, including deployments, configuration updates, and release testing.
- Maintain accurate technical and operational documentation.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose optimizations, and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
What you bring
- 3–5 years of experience in application or system support, preferably within product data management or PIM environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Inriver PIM platform, including data model configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Cosmos DB, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Functions.
- Solid understanding of API integrations, RESTful services, and data exchange mechanisms.
- Experience with incident, change, and release management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical issues clearly.
- Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, or product master data management (nice to have).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for cloud systems (nice to have).
- Exposure to Power BI or similar monitoring and analytics tools (nice to have).
- Basic scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or SQL (nice to have).
- Experience with Scrum Master practices, Jira, or Confluence (nice to have).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Inriver or Microsoft Azure certifications are considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting ability, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
