Do you want to be part of our growing installation and service teams in western Sweden?

With our growth, we want to further raise the level of service for our customers and are looking for a new employee to join our installation and service team, based in Gothenburg and Norrköping.

We are now looking for an Installation and Service Technician technician for Gothenburg.

The role of Installation and Service Technician

As an Installation and Service Technician, you will, together with a colleague, be responsible for the installation and service of Kompan's products. You will be based in our warehouse and office in Gothenburg. In addition to working closely with your colleague in the team, you will collaborate with our project managers, field coordinators and sales representatives to ensure the highest quality in our assignments.

The role reports to the Sales Operations Manager at Kompan Sweden.

• Meticulous and quality-conscious: Child safety and products with many details require a sense of final finish and precision.
• Collaborative oriented: You thrive in teams and appreciate close collaboration with colleagues and support functions.
• Service-oriented: With a lot of customer contact, you need to be confident in meeting users of our products and delivering excellent customer service.

You should also be comfortable with travelling and periodically staying overnight elsewhere in connection with various assignments.

What you will work with

• Install Kompan's play and fitness products according to drawings and safety standards.
• Carry out service and repairs on existing facilities.
• Prepare the ground, foundation and mounting surfaces for installation.
• Ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule and quality, in close dialogue with project managers and field coordinators.
• Document work performed in our systems and report any deviations.
• Meet customers and users on site and represent Kompan in a professional manner.

Your background

We would like you to have experience in one of the following areas:

• Re establishment
• Assembly and installation
• Handling of heavy construction machinery
• Use of planes
• Concrete casting
• Wheel loader card
• A B driving licence is a requirement, where extended eligibility is an advantage.

We will place great emphasis on the personal qualities and the ability to successfully work in teams. You will be part of a team of two people where demands are placed on the ability to cooperate, respect and trust.
