Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Release Train Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Facilitate and optimize delivery flow across the Agile Release Train, ensuring smooth execution and alignment.
• Monitor backlogs, capacity, and dependencies to identify risks and constraints early and drive timely corrective actions.
• Remove impediments that affect team productivity and maintain momentum toward key milestones.
• Coach teams and stakeholders in lean-agile principles to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen ways of working by refining processes, enhancing communication, and sharing best practices across teams.
• Collaborate closely with STEs, Scrum Masters, Product Management, and Line Management to secure effective coordination and transparency.
