About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Logistics assistent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong practical experience in warehouse operations. You will work closely with our logistics and production teams across different locations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality handling of chemical products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Register, monitor, and manage material and goods flows to ensure an efficient logistics process.

2. Plan and follow up on deliveries, as well as manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse capacity.

3. Receive incoming goods and perform picking, packing, and loading of items, including operating equipment such as forklifts.

4. Inspect, verify, and register goods in warehouse and business systems.

5. Ensure that all routines, quality standards, and safety regulations are followed in daily operations.

6. Safely and accurately divide and pack chemical materials, including powders, solids, liquids, solutions, and sterile products.

7. Apply and improve standard packing methods to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

8. Ensure all finished products maintain proper sealing and quality standards.

9. Collaborate with the Shanghai warehouse team on shipments, customer service matters, and damaged goods reporting.

10. Support setup, calibration, and testing of new aliquot production lines and relevant laboratory equipment.

Key Qualifications

· 1+ years of experience in sales, warehousing, and logistics, with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations

· Strong hands-on experience in warehouse organization, efficiency improvement, and cost control

· Professionally trained in handling chemical products following standardized procedures

· Strong problem-solving ability, especially in emergency situations such as leaks or damaged packages

· Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, enabling smooth coordination with teams across different locations

· Experience improving packing processes and supporting new production capabilities
