Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Bring your design expertise to one of product teams, driving user-centered design from research and ideation to delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Advocate for end-users by gaining a deep understanding of their needs and challenges, using both quantitative and qualitative research to generate actionable insights.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and product teams to gather knowledge, generate ideas, and co-create solutions that align with business goals.
- Translate insights and concepts into intuitive user flows, designs, and rapid prototypes in Figma, ensuring a seamless experience across devices and interfaces.
- Create detailed UI designs that guide development teams in implementing high-quality user experiences.
- Contribute to evolving and refining UX practices within the organization by sharing knowledge, coaching peers, and uplifting design thinking capabilities across teams.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers to ensure design solutions align with both user needs and technical feasibility.
What you bring:
- Proven expertise in user-centered design with at least 10 years of industry experience delivering impactful digital solutions.
- Strong background in interaction design, visual design, usability research, and designing complex user workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience with design systems and understanding of front-end development principles.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals and customer insights into innovative and premium user experiences.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops, generating insights, and effectively communicating design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with a proactive, self-driven, and “can-do” attitude.
- Academic background with a BA/MSc in Interaction Design or a related design discipline.
- A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work and measurable business or user outcomes.
