Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Software Download & Vehicle Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Provide hands-on support for test vehicles and rigs within the physical project build process, focusing on electrical and electronic (EE) systems.
• Perform software download (SWDL), ECU programming, parameter settings, and troubleshooting in both lab and vehicle environments.
• Support early-phase EE engineering activities, ensuring correct software setup and system functionality across test fleets.
• Conduct fault tracing and resolve complex electrical issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Work directly on trucks and in workshops, performing on-site diagnostics, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with dealers and end users through occasional travel to ensure high-quality technical support and issue resolution.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle electrical and electronic systems, with a solid understanding of vehicle electrical architecture.
• Practical, hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and software downloads in vehicles.
• Preferably complete truck knowledge and a holistic vehicle perspective.
• Meritorious experience with tools such as CANalyser, Kola, Protus, PROTOM, Configurator, SE-Tool, and ClearQuest.
• Experience from product development is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability, proactive mindset, and structured way of working.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and service-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work across varied tasks and environments, both office and workshop-based
