Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior NVH CAE Engineer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Perform CAE simulations focused on noise and vibration (NVH) for various vehicle systems, including propulsion systems, AC compressors, fans, blowers, pumps, and electric motors.
- Support the development and integration of vibrating components to ensure optimal NVH performance in future vehicle platforms.
- Collaborate closely with design departments to evaluate and influence new concepts and functions from an NVH perspective.
- Provide technical recommendations and improvement proposals to enhance system and component-level performance.
- Participate in car program teams, contributing to system-level requirement setting, analyzing and presenting results, and guiding design work based on NVH insights.
- Lead NVH-related assignments and support the development of new methods, tools, and guidelines to improve analysis accuracy and efficiency.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in NVH engineering, with strong knowledge in vibration isolation, structural dynamics, and applied acoustics.
- Hands-on expertise in finite element analysis (FEA) and complete vehicle simulation.
- Proficiency in simulation and analysis tools such as ANSA, HyperMesh, Nastran, and programming skills in Matlab and/or Python.
- Solid skills in MS Office for documentation, reporting, and data presentation.
- MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Acoustics, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear NVH input to cross-functional engineering teams
