Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Analyze business requirements and map end-to-end processes to support the development of a new retail inventory management solution
• Ensure effective integration of the new system with existing order management, supply chain, and inventory replenishment platforms
• Collaborate with operations teams, development groups, and external suppliers to translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders and create consensus on solution design and priorities
• Document requirements, track progress, and follow up to ensure solutions meet defined business goals and operational needs
• Support testing, validation, and implementation activities to secure successful deployment of the solution
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization

What you bring:

• Proven experience in managing and documenting business requirements for IT and system implementation projects in large organizations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience collaborating with IT vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both business and technical domains
• Deep understanding of logistics, retail operations, and unified commerce environments
• Structured, methodical, and organized working style, capable of handling complex project contexts
• Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Advantageous experience in regulatory operations or logistics systems
• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst within IT-focused projects
• Familiarity with store operations, supply chain processes, or VMS (Vendor Management Systems)
• Background in retail or pharmacy operations is considered a strong merit
