Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Contract Manager / Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client across all active contracts, ensuring end-to-end relationship management and delivery performance.
- Lead proactive client engagement, aligning on scope, budget, schedule, and priorities while maintaining transparent communication through regular governance and operational meetings.
- Manage contractual and commercial aspects across multiple agreements, including scope, deliverables, variations, claims, milestones, and compliance.
- Oversee rate cards, SoWs, and purchase orders; ensure accurate time capture, approvals, and invoicing
- Lead delivery governance, ensuring timely and accurate monthly reporting on KPIs, progress, financials, and risks.
- Chair internal reviews, maintain RAID logs, and drive continuous improvement within the account.
- Own financial control including monthly forecasting, revenue recognition, margin tracking, and AR/DSO management.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks related to cost, scope, schedule, resources, and compliance.
- Coordinate resource management across teams and sub-consultants, ensuring skills alignment and adherence to quality gates.
- Participate in key internal and client meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and action registers.
- Drive account growth, maintain delivery excellence, and ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and governance.
What you bring:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Key Account Management, Project/Program Management, or Contract Management within engineering or consulting sectors.
- Proven experience managing multi-contract portfolios and subcontractor networks.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and margin management.
- Solid understanding of contract law, including claims, change management, indemnities, and payment structures.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in resource planning, timesheet/expense approval workflows, and delivery governance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/PSA tools (SAP, IFS, Deltek), MS Project or Primavera, and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with HVAC/MEP engineering delivery or staff augmentation models preferred.
- Understanding of startup culture and agile ways of working.
- Strong analytical ability to distinguish actual risks from noise and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Fluent in English with professional working proficiency in Swedish.
