Nimatran Ab is an event management company with its own facilities in the countryside of Skåne. Nimantran AB started its operations around 3 years ago and has already gained a reputation as a unique premise for private/commercial get togethers. The company specializes in customized event planning. We focus on delivering a memorable experience through providing a custom-made unique package to our customers as per their requirements. Presently Nimantran AB is hiring an event coordinator. Main tasks in this position would be to independently

• Assist the customer in finalising the plan as per their specific requirements
• Coordinate all the amenities and services to the customer as per the customer’s budget.
• Providing logistics and coordination support for the event.
• Market the venue on the social media and other related platforms
• Show the facilities to interested parties
• Willing to work odd hours and be available for the customers in case required

We are looking for a person (essential requirements)

• Having equivalent experience in a similar position of at least 2 years
• Having understanding and network of local contacts of suppliers of services like caterers, florists, event planners, decorators, etc
• Having a bachelor’s degree in hotel management
• A motivated attitude and service-oriented personality with a willingness to work at odd hours sometimes
• A European driver’s license since the facility is in the countryside with limited access to public transport
