Job Summary:

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of goods, services, and information between the point of origin and the final customer. This role ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery status.
• Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and customs paperwork.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to align logistics with business needs.
• Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
