We’re now looking for a Founder’s Associate / Management Trainee to join our Wehype Rising Stars Program – an opportunity for ambitious talent ready to learn fast, take ownership, and make an impact from day one.

You’ll work directly with our founder and leadership team across strategy, operations, partnerships, and special projects. This isn’t a predefined role, it’s a launchpad. You’ll step into whatever matters most at any given time and help drive it forward.

Think of it as a front-row seat to building a global company, while working with the coolest games and creators in the world.

What You’ll Do

You’ll act as an extension of the CEO and management team, taking on high-impact initiatives such as:

• Supporting new products, partnerships, and market expansions from 01
• Preparing strategic material for investors, clients, and board discussions
• Aligning teams across product, commercial, and operations
• Building scalable processes and workflows as the company grows
• Assisting in creator-led campaigns and new business initiatives

Over time, you’ll take ownership of projects that match your strengths and ambitions — whether in strategy, product, or commercial leadership.

Who You Are

We’re not looking for long résumés, we’re looking for potential.

You might be a recent graduate or have up to three years of experience in consulting, startups, finance, or tech. What matters most is your drive, curiosity, and ability to get things done.
